Description

After the fully ripe grapes were harvested, fermentation and maturation on fine lees took place for several months in an inox tank.

Delicate yellow colour, pronounced bouquet, nutmeg and cinnamon. On the palate, a distinctive, just sweet, classic Traminer. With a long and warm finish.

Recommended for shellfish, lightly spicy dishes and not very sweet desserts
