Fermentation takes place at lower temperatures to maintain royal varietal characteristics.<\/p>\n

The wine is a deep golden yellow color, an oilseed texture, with a pronounced and varied flower, reminiscent of ripe peach, linden flower, pineapple and passes into ripe notes of raisins and dried fruits. Due to the abundance of sugar, fermentation stops well before the end, so the remaining non -smooth sugar is nicely caught with high and ripe acids.
